These videos are amazing. There is tons of info, insight, and techniques to learn. Start off nice and easy. Pick a short video that interests you. Watch it. Have your instrument handy and try out the techniques the musician is demonstrating. Then watch it again. Play something else if you like. Do something else. Then come back to the video again later and try out the techniques once again.
